Description - LPN - Berea City Schools

Join our dedicated team at Berea City Schools. Provide health services that support the educational mission and goals of the school/district and the Educational Service Center of Medina County. These services will strengthen and facilitate the educational process by modifying or removing health-related barriers to learning. Promote good health practices of the school community, and meet local and state mandates regarding health issues by performing the following functions.

Qualifications - LPN - Berea City Schools

• Licensed as an LPN in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Ohio Educational Aide certificate in accordance with the ODE.
• Pediatric or school health background preferred but will train.
• Self-directed and able to learn required skills for the position.
• Ability to physically manage students with disabilities.
• Congenial disposition and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Completes documented evidence of a clear criminal record.
• Possesses a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Hours and Days:

5 days/week; 6.5 hours/day
