Supports student learning by recognizing individual behavioral and academic needs in a small, specialized setting. Implements strategies that promote skill-building for a successful transition back to the home district. Maintains high expectations while addressing the general curriculum, and fosters a structured, supportive environment in collaboration with a behavior team.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate is someone with comfort and experience working with students with behavioral needs; knowledge of behavior interventions and PBIS is preferred; must be collaborative, flexible, and able to take initiative in supporting student growth and program development.
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience
Hours per day: 7.5 hours per day
Days per week: 5 days
