The ESC of Medina County is seeking a full-time, entry-level Technology Technician to support the technology needs of the Highland Local School District. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in an educational technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for a variety of classroom and district technologies, including PCs, iPads, Chromebooks, and other instructional devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in classrooms and office settings.
• Maintain, repair, and image computer hardware and related equipment.
• Assist users within the Google Workspace for Education environment.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting support.

Qualifications

• Experience, training, or demonstrated ability in technology troubleshooting and hardware/software support.
• Familiarity with educational technology environments preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

• $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and training.
• Immediate start available.
