Administration/Educational Consultants (TaC): MTSS 

CIU 10, a premiere educational service agency in Central Pennsylvania, is seeking a Training and Consultant professional for a 12 month, Act 93 position.

The ideal candidate is required to have an Instructional II or Educational Specialist certification and preferred to possess a minimum of five years school experience with a background in Mathematics Intervention and Instructional Technology Support. Previous consultative coaching experience preferred. 

The Training and Consultant candidate will provide professional development opportunities and direct school district support/consultations in the area of MTSS.  

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: 

• supporting site teams in developing and refining a tiered support system with fidelity and sustainability. 

• assisting teams in using data for decision-making. 

• assessing training needs and providing or coordinating professional development.

• reviewing current research and providing technical assistance to school teams.

Strong problem solving, communication, and team collaboration skills are required.
