Title      Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Summary    Under general direction, implements programs developed by the Physical Therapist in compliance with local, state & federal regulations, Individual Education Plan (IEP), Evaluation Team Reports (ETR), and/or 504 plans. Assists with the improvement of gross motor activities, balance skills, strengthening, bilateral coordination skills and functional mobility needed for the student to fully engage in educational activities.

Minimum Qualifications             

· Successful completion of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program

· Valid Ohio Physical Therapy Assistant license. Valid Ohio associate credential

· Valid driver’s license
