Under general direction, supports districts and agencies in data-analysis and development of system-wide gifted education programming. Works collaboratively with district leadership and support staff in complying with policy and reporting requirements. Develops written education and acceleration plans (WEP/WAP) and provides guidance and support to administrators and teachers to ensure quality instruction and assessment related efforts. Creates and provides ongoing professional development, support, resources, and instructional tools to increase leadership and educator effectiveness and ultimately supports the achievement and growth of the gifted learner.
