  1. Describe an innovative project, initiative, or improvement you have led (or would like to lead). What problem did it address? How would you move the project from idea to implementation, and how would you measure its success?
  2. Review our website; what innovative projects would you bring or develop for our partner districts and beyond?
  3. Looking ahead five years, what do you believe will be the greatest opportunities or challenges facing school districts? How should an educational service center position itself to help districts prepare for and respond to those changes?
