POSITION: Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) Adult Education Instructor Part-time, as needed - Daytime Availability

REPORTS TO: Director of Adult Education

JOB SUMMARY: Classroom instruction, demonstrate skills as required, remain current with subject matter and instructional methodology. 

● Willingness to work with students and colleagues as a team member.

● Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.

● Working knowledge of Allen Bradley micro, compact logic, and Control Logix systems.

● Able to provide training in electric safety, set-up, and proper operation and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

● Three (3) years of experience in Electrical Maintenance and or/PLCs.

● Must have of be willing to obtain necessary Allen Bradley Certifications. 

● Valid or ability to obtain Ohio Adult Education Teaching Permit, through The Ohio Department of Education.

● Must pass criminal background check after job offer is made.

SALARY & CONTRACT:

Part-time as needed, $40.00 per hour
