The following position is open for the 2026-2027 school year:

Grade 6 Science Teacher at Triway Middle School, Triway Local Schools

DESCRIPTION: Provide science instruction to 6th-grade students, including students with disabilities in an inclusion setting.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a current Ohio Department of Education license in Middle Childhood Education (4-9) or Elementary Education (1-8)
• Knowledge of the RTI process
• Knowledge of/ability to apply principles and methods of developing an instructional and behavioral management system 
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the subject matter and innovative pedagogy
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population of students, families, and staff
• Experience teaching middle school science preferred

SALARY: Based upon the district salary schedule 

WORK YEAR: August 10, 2026 - May 28, 2027
