Qualifications:
▪ High School Diploma
▪ Pass a criminal background check prior to employment
Responsibilities:
▪ Work with students (individually or in small groups) with or without disabilities
▪ Reinforce and implement instruction as directed by the teacher; maintain records of student progress
▪ Implement strategies and procedures developed by teachers to maintain safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments
▪ Provide academic interventions for students in small groups
▪ Willingness to perform additional duties outside of classroom, such as recess supervision, and assist in other classrooms.
▪ Supervise small groups and classes of young students
▪ Maintain proper discipline and control of students
▪ Report matters of student misconduct to building principals when necessary
▪ Maintain confidentiality of information
▪ Familiarity with computers
Starting Date: 2026-27 School Year
Hours to be Worked: 5.92 hours per day – 188-day contract
