Job Description:
The ESC of Medina County is seeking qualified teachers to join our team. This position serves a diverse population of students in a small-group setting.
Candidates will collaborate with our behavior team and school social worker to support students in a trauma-informed and compassionate environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with students with behavioral challenges and mental health needs, possess strong classroom management skills, and build cooperative, respectful partnerships with families.
Teachers will work as part of a collaborative team to implement and support program goals.
Qualifications:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Possesses appropriate ODE licensure.
- Completes documented evidence of a clear criminal record.
- Possesses a valid Ohio driver’s license.
Hours and Days: 5 days per week; 7.5 hours per day
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
