POSITION OVERVIEW
The School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing health services to students across assigned school buildings. Working in collaboration with educators, administrators, and families, the school nurse serves as the primary healthcare resource within the school community — promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, responding to acute needs, and ensuring students are healthy and ready to learn. Positions are available in several Medina County school districts.

LICENSURE
Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. Work is performed under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) per Ohio nursing scope of practice.
