Technology Technician

We are seeking a full time, dependable and customer-focused Technology Technician to provide technical support in one of our customer districts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with a variety of devices, and making a positive impact on students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for classroom technology, including PCs, iPads, Chromebooks, interactive displays, and other educational devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on computer hardware and related equipment.
- Support and work within the Google Workspace for Education environment.
- Deliver friendly, professional technical assistance to teachers, staff, and students.
- Help users become more confident and effective with technology through guidance and support.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience, training, or demonstrated ability to support technology in an educational or business environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace for Education.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Compensation
- Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Start Date: Immediate opening available.
